Catalyte, parent company of Surge, wins Inc.’s Best in Business award

Inc. named Catalyte, parent company of Surge, as one of its “Best in Business” in 2020. It awarded them this honor for their use of machine learning and predictive analytics to remove the unconscious bias from hiring, their training and software developer apprenticeship that creates a new, diverse generation of tech talent and the launch of RetrainAmerica, which extends the promise of retraining and a new career to a greater number of Americans.

Inc. bestowed this inaugural award on companies that made an outsized impact this year, leaving “collabo­rators, clients, customers, employees, and surroundings better off than when [they] found them.”
